I have, at this point, something less than 700 points available for rent.

$10 a point for reservations over 100 points and $12 for reservations under 100 points.

I can make reservations eleven months in advance at Old Key West, and seven months in advance at other resorts.

I have rented many times on this board and have references going as far back as 2002.

We would book the reservation together with a 3-way phone call to member services, at the end of that call you will have your reservation confirmation number.

I will need a deposit of one-third (1/3) prior to the reservation being made - fully refundable if we can not make a reservation.

Balance will be due in full upon the reservation being made. Once the points are assigned to you, the points are not refundable.

I have had a PayPal confirmed account for many years so using that for the
deposit is an option. If you will be paying through PayPal, you will need to add an additional 3% for PayPal fees.
