Hello Disney Friends,

We have Old Key West, Vero Beach and Saratoga Springs Resort points for rent.

Terms for renting points are:-

A 50% deposit is due once the reservation has been made in your name, payment by Cashiers Check, International Money Order or by Personal Check.

The balance to be paid once you receive the confirmation, usually takes 2-3 weeks from making the reservation.

Sorry, but we are not looking to rent any points for a reservation with a check-in date less than 2-months out.

Reservations can be made between 2 and 11 months prior to your check-in date either at Vero Beach, Old Key West or Saratoga Springs. Bookings can therefore be made for arrival dates up to Feb. 28 2011.

Or between 2 and 7 months prior to your check in date at any of the following Disney Vacation Club Resorts; Animal Kingdom, Bay Lake Towers, Beach Club Villas, BoardWalk Villas, Wilderness Lodge, Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or Hilton Head Island Resort. Bookings can therefore be made for arrival dates up to Oct. 28 2010.

If you would like us to check availability please respond by sending a Private Message (PM) with all of the following details;


1) Your name.
2) Your e-mail address.
3) Number of adults and children (with children's ages).
4) A check in date and the number of nights required.
5) Room size.
6) Choices of resort in preference.

We will then check availability with Member Services (MS) and respond to you at your e-mail address.

We have previous experience of renting and can provide a reference if required.

Hi,

I am new to this board and can't send a PM till my 10th post or post my email here in the proper format. My name is Mike and I can be contacted at michael.sevcsisin at fmglobal.com. Our party consists of 9 people (4 adults and 5 kids). The kids ages are 13, 11, 10, 10 and 9. Ideally we are interested in dates from June 29th - July 7th but we could be flexible a day or two either way. Our ideal stay would be 8 nights but 7 would work also. We are interested in a two bedroom unit (my understanding is that many will sleep 9). AKV would be the preference but we would consider anything that will work for our party.

I am also new and cannot send a pm. I am looking to rent points for 4 studio rooms (3 of the rooms will have just 2 adults, and 1 room will have 2 adults and 3 children, ages 5, 2, and 3mo).
