I have points at all the DVC resorts, but mostly at BWV. I have rented before and I am asking for $10 per point and 150 pt minimum per reservation. I can provide a contract or you are welcome to supply one.

I ask for 25% of the payment after I make the reservation, and the remaining 75% is due 60 days prior to check-in. Personal check is fine. I can also take Payapl, but you will have to cover all the fees.

Laura, BLT is wide open. However, I don't have enough BLT points to make the reservation for you, I am sure you can find another owner

I no longer have enough BCV points to make any BCV reservation at the 11 month window, can only make BCV reservations within the 7 month window.

SMEHL - yes, I can make the BWV reservation for you if you are interested.

How exciting! The only problem is now my parents aren't sure they are coming along. We are DEFINITELY going in September for a full week and would prefer to stay at BWV -- but I have to wait a day or so before I can commit. ALso, as you can tell I'm new to this . . . do you help in getting ticket packages or dining plans or should I do that separately?
