Hello, Thanks for your interest. I have only done this once before, but it went very well. What we did was this. She and I agreed on how many points she needed and what she wanted for accommodations. I then made the reservation in her name and had Disney mail her a copy. After she received the copy she mailed me a check for payment in full. We did speak on the phone a few times just to make sure that she had everything that she needed. I am more than willing to help in anyway that I can.
