Thanks, can only make reservations at OKW and SSR March 2010-January 2011. All other resorts can make reservations March 2010-August 2010.

Can U help with a 7 night stay in 2b/2b for a family of 5? Our travel window is Oct 8-Oct 24. Other resort okay, but want 2nd BR to have at least 1 queen/double + 1 twin or better... need to sleep 3 pre-teen/teen boys.

You are the 1st to respond to me, so no. not working w/another yet. We own 2 timeshares in Kissimmee, but want to try and stay on prop just once. This is our idea, plz advise if you have suggestions:
We need to sleep 5. So looks like we need 2/2. Would prefer to not use a sleeper sofa.
Near pool if possible.
We would use Disney Magical Express from airport and busses to/from parks.
We are also interested in a dining plan.
What are our check in day options?
Have you ever rented points b4?
Do you have ref's?
What type of down payment do you require and when would a bal be due?
I am long time Pay Pal verified.

Hi Amber, just spoke to Disney and there is plenty of availability for all of October. Check in day options are up to you, seeing we are points based. I have rented points over the last 10 years and have references if needed. Payment is 1/2 down either with Credit card, certified check or paypal and the remainder is due 60 days before your check in day. Just spoke to DVC - they only have studios available at SSR for the consecutive dates mentioned above. Please let me know if you would like more info.
