For a Dec 5th check-in date I can book at BLT and SSR (including Tree House Villas). I can book those dates at AKV starting May 5th but not before then because I don't own there. If you want one of my 2, just let me know and I'll check availability for you.

To expedite, send me pm with names of all guests, who you want the res under, and that person's mailing address (to be verified upon checkin). If I have all the info, I'll make the res when I check for availability. The March 2011 window opens up in a couple of weeks but at the 11 month mark you'll have full openings.
