CLOSED: Points for Rent: 900 September 2014 Use Year Points

Greetings All!

We have 900 September 2014 Use Year points available for rent. 891 of these points can be borrowed into the September 2013 Use Year for folks. The breakdown among our home resorts is as follows:

Aulani: 550 points
Villas at Grand Californian Hotel: 209 points
Boardwalk Villas: 141 points

CURRENT UPDATE - All of our points have been rented or are committed.

All of our points are $12 per point.

We have a simple points rental agreement that is available for review on request. We require payment when we make and confirm the reservation and deliver the electronic confirmation in the renter's name. All point rentals are final. We prefer payments by Paypal, and we split the Paypal fees with our renters. We provide for electronic execution of our points rental agreement to make the whole process very easy.

We have successfully rented a large number of points before, and we hope that you will have confidence in us! We have the points, and we shall deliver as promised. We are happy to rent any number of points. We also can provide references from some of our past renters. (See also some of the feedback in this forum if you search under our username, 2 disneydads.)

I checked on the dates and resorts that you had requested. None of what you requested is available. I'm sorry about that, but this time period is really a busy one at the Epcot area resorts because of the Food and Wine Festival. I would get you two studios (total of 208 points) or a 2-bedroom unit (262 points) at the Saratoga Springs Resort or a 2-bedroom unit at the Old Key West Resort (232 points). That seems to be the best availability for your dates. Please let me know if any of these solutions work for you.

Thanks to all who have contacted us today about renting points. All of our VGC points have been rented, but we still can rent points for VGC reservations with check-in dates within 7 months of the reservation date. The same holds true for all other DVC resorts. We hope that we can be of assistance to you.

Of the 900 points we had offered for rent, we now have 656 remaining:

Aulani - 415 points
Boardwalk Villas - 141 points.

All of these points are September 2014 Use Year points. We can assist point renters at any resort for reservations within the 7-month window.

Thank you. I sent you a reply PM. The only resort available is Saratoga Springs Resort for 152 points. No other resort has availability, either for all of your dates together or in the two parts you mentioned. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with SSR.

If the 2 bedrooms are not available would you see if there are four studios available? If there are not four studios , maybe the one bedrooms would be available.
