Closed: Points for Rent: 90+ Hilton Head points at $10 each

I've got 90 (possibly up to 214---I'm flexible) points to rent. We own at Hilton Head Island and our use year is February 2010. (Yep, nice fresh points, hot out of the oven!) I've rented points before and have a contract prepared that's worked fine in the past.

I accept payment via PayPal, money order or cashier's check. In the past, I've used Escrow.com as an intermediary to protect both parties. If you want to do that, I'm open to it. (We'll split the service charge.)

Hilton Head Island is a wonderful place---Disney excellence without all the theme park crowds. And you get a real beach!

Of course, these points can also be used to reserve at Vero Beach or any of the other DVC resorts at WDW and Disneyland.

To be honest, I've only been there once, so I can't say I know the rest of Hilton Head Island very well. You can find Disney's Hilton Head Resort here on Google Maps. There are more details about the resort at Wikipedia (and, of course, other sites). (Wikipedia says the resort is in the "Shelter Cove Harbour" area.)

Hi.We've been to HHI many times. The Disney resort is located in the Shelter Cove area...across the highway from Palmetto Dunes. They do have a beach house, direct ocean, in the PD area. We love that area but we also go to the beach and stay direct ocean during the summer so it's a nice change. We usually always drive down to Sea Pines at least once on our trips.

Now, to the OP...this is a real shot in the dark but would love to see if there is anything for April 4th through 9th (flexible somewhat on days...give or take a couple). I know availability will be limited so interested in what we CAN get but prefer studio. Thanks

Sorry, there's no availability for those days or the ones around them. Too many folks on Spring Break, I guess!

oh, well.I figured as much. One of these days we will be DVC owners again and get a small HHI contract because we go every Spring....I'll look at other places in the area. I did just think of something. Would you mind checking Vero Beach? If it's going to be cooler, we may head there for a few days and stop at HHI on the way back.

Well, I just had a head-slapping moment. I forgot that I can only book OKW within 7 months or less. You'll have to find someone else who has OKW points to book that far in advance.

Vero Beach doesn't have much availability then. For a studio, they have only 4/5 and 4/6. For an inn room, they have only 4/6 and 4/7.

Unfortunately, DVC doesn't have any availability for that long of a stay. In fact, they only have one-night stays available for just a couple of those days. The same is true for more expensive accommodations there.
