Hi. At the moment, I have 749 SSR points to rent @ $10 each; 340 of these are from the 2011 Use Year and therefore may be used only for SSR reservations starting between 12/1/10 and 3/6/11 at this time (after being borrowed). The other 409 may be used immediately up to 11 months out at SSR and up to 7 months out anywhere else.
I've been a Disboards member for years, have rented out many times, and have references. I'm also a 12-year ebay seller (efs) with 620 positive and no negative feedbacks.
I will take payment by Paypal with no added fees. 50% down when I have made the reservation and sent you the number, and the remainder when you receive the printed DVC reservation form in your name in a couple weeks.
I find it much easier to to communicate by email or by phone than by Disboard PMs, so PM me your email address (or write directly to bookswin at a o l dot com) and I'll reply with full renting information in a Word attachment.
Don't worry if you are a DVC novice; you'll find everything explained there.
Last time I posted I got about 25 responses, and I work through them sequentially to be fair to everyone, so it may take a day or two to get all the way through the process.
If you seek accommodations during the summer, or over a holiday, or in the more popular resorts, please consult the Resort Availability Thread (http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=168) to save yourself time. For example, there is not a single studio unit to be had at VGC for the entire month of June.
