CLOSED - Points for Rent: 500+ pts @$11 pp

To provide excellent customer service is my passion.

My home resort is OKW. I can make reservation for OKW 11 months out, and all other resorts 7 months out. My rate is $11 per point.

I have rented points from others before, and have also rented points to many people before (all happy renters - 100% reference-able, and numerous referrals from past renters). References available upon request. To make you feel more comfortable working with me, I can also conference you in when making your reservation with Member Services if you like.


Payment Terms

• 50% deposit when I get you the reservation you want. For example, if I can only confirm 5 days of a 7-day reservation, with 2 days being wait listed, no deposit required until all the wait lists come through.
• Remaining balance due 90 days before check-in. Exception: If some days are still wait listed 90 days before check-in, the previous clause applies.
• At 45 days before check-in, regardless of wait list status, full payment required. For example, at 45 days before check-in, if I can only confirm 5 days of a 7-day reservation, with 2 days still being wait listed, you have the option of paying in full for the 5 days and continue to wait for the remaining 2 days, or cancel the reservation and owe me nothing.
• I accept personal checks and PayPal (either you pay fees or send it as gift to avoid fees).

Cancellation Policy: yes, I allow cancellation

• 30% fee charged if cancelled 45+ days before check-in.
  • will refund you what you have paid minus the 30% fee
  • 30% calculated based on total price, even if you have only paid the deposit
• No refund if you cancel < 45 days before check-in.

Wait List: yes, I can wait list for you too

• No payment required if part of your desired reservation is wait listed. Exception: 45 days before check-in, full payment is required for all confirmed nights, even if some nights are still wait listed.
• Note: DVC only allows 2 wait lists, so I can only entertain the first 2 people requiring wait list.

Contract: I don't use a contract
This simply means I don't require you to sign anything. The details of how I work are all listed in this post. If you prefer, I can transfer this info to a pdf file for you.

• dates (check-in and check-out dates; if flexible or multiple dates, rank them in order)
• resort (if more than one, rank them in order)
• room type (studio, one-bedroom, etc.)
• names of all adults
• names and ages of all children
• address (required by Disney for making reservation)
• phone number (required by Disney for making reservation)

Hi, thanks for the flood of requests coming in. So far, I have been fortunate enough to be able to reserve rooms for those looking to book. For those checking, most of what you want are also available (even though not always your first preference).

Note that I will be heading out at about 11:00am EST today, and may not return until 4:00pm EST, possibly earlier. Hi, I am planning on traveling to Disney March 29-April 4, 2011. It will be 2 adults and 2 children ages 8. It is our first trip to Disney. I am intersted in old key west (94 pts), saratoga springs (104), and AKV savannah view(120). I would need a studio. Do you have a points left for rent?

I assume your order of resort preference is the order you have them listed: OKW, SSR, AKV savannah view (either Jambo House or Kidani Village). Thank you very much for all of your interests. I am delighted to receive all the inquiries and requests. I listed 500+ points but in fact I have ~ 2000 points. But with the overwhelming responses I have received so far, I have confirmed reservations for ~ 800 points, holding ~ 800 points for people with confirmed interests in working with me (those are reservations I have high confidence in getting), and holding ~ 250 points for people who have inquired and I think they will likely work with me.

Note: If I replied and asked you whether you want to work with me, those do not count in the above points. I did not allocate points for inquiries that did not explicitly indicate they want the reservation (especially those that do not have all the nights available).

As this point, I don't want to commit to anything beyond 150 points.

I think I have responded to all inquiries so far. So if you have contacted me but haven't heard back from me, please contact me again. Or if I said I would check reservation for you today but haven't responded today, please also contact me again. I don't think I missed anybody, but want to make sure.

Not sure if you have any points left or if you will have some later, but looking for 11/20 to 11/25.....2 adults, 2 kids over 10, 1 kid 9....prefer AKV (standard or Savannah) or can be flexible with other resorts.....thanks!

Hi joyann427, you have 5 people. You can fit in a 1-bdrm in BLT, AKV (most rooms), and OKW (most rooms). Other resorts you will need a 2-bdrm.

OKW is my home resort. I can not check AKV for 11/20 until 4/20 (7-month window). The only resort I can check for Nov right now is OKW, and I am sure OKW is available.

So if you want OKW, please provide details (names, ages of children, address, phone, 1-bdrm or 2-bdrm), through e-mail would be best. If you want AKV, you could look for people renting AKV points so you can book now. And you can check back with me in April as well.
