Hi,

Haven't been out here for a bit so please have patience with me if I'm doing this wrong.

We are celebrating our 20th year of being married with our kids at Disney from 10/22/10 to 10/29/10. We go down every year but this year our friend who has DVC at OKW is renting us their points. The problem is we are 70 points short for a 2 bedroom and would love to know if you would rent us your 70 thanks!

Currently have 3 adults and 1 kid, but am thinking instead of cramming into just one studio I might try and pick up another one and spread us out a bit. I realize however you have enough points for just 1 studio.

I have been a DVC owner for a couple of years but have never rented points before so hopefully I am doing this right?

I am not able to respond to your pm yet because I only have two posts so I am replying back here. Sorry about that! We'll have to work through this forum until I can get my 8 more posts.

I think the points I am hoping to rent from you, (42), are for preferred. We have never stayed at BoardWalk, (we are Saratoga owners), so I just figured any view but the parking lot would be nice. I am good with garden, lagoon or even your description of viewing the Illuminations. We will only be there for two nights before we get on the Disney Dream Cruise so I doubt we will be spending too much time in the room.

Yes, your right. I am planning on reserving a second studio as well so thanks for the tip on being able to link the reservations together once reserved.

Again, I have never rented or transfered points from anyone so I am not sure how this works regarding payment etc. I do have a paypal account.

Also, I'm not sure if you need all the names of the people that potentially might be in the room in order to book?

Paypal payments are just fine, though paper payments (money orders,cashier checks, etc.) are acceptable, too. You might want to check what the monthly limits are on your paypal account to make sure there's enough left.

I'll need your address and the names of everyone staying in the room. You can send those to my personal email at nightshaderose.eliz@gmail.com.

once I have your address, I'll send you a copy of the contract, and once you sign and send back, we're good to go!
