25 point minimum rental.

We have rented many times on this forum and can provide references.

50% non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

I'd like a studio at akv, bwv or okw for July 20 - 24. I think those would both be 44 points, so I'd need to purchase all the points. I can also go any time after that for four nights with my last possible check out day the 31st.

We are interested in renting a studio for July 26-28th with checkout on Wednesday, the 29th. We think that we would like to stay at BCV or OKW, but would probably take any available. This is our first trip to Disney, so not certain which is most friendly for our kids. Could you please check to see if either is available?
