I am the owner of these points since 1997 and have rented in the past. I can make a reservation 11 months in advance at OKW and 7 months in advance at other DVC resorts.

I will provide a contract along with the DVC rules once the reservation is secured. I will accept payment in the form of a personal check, money order or PayPal (guest pays the fees). 50% is due upon booking and the balance is due 90 days before the arrival date. Both are non-refundable. However, the reservation may be re-booked subject to availability and the DVC rules.
