Since I have received several requests for short notice dates, I thought it would be best to explain up front the difficulty of securing these types of reservations.
DVC rules regarding cancellations require reservations to be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check-in date for the points to be returned to the original use year for the member. Otherwise, they go into a "holding account" which has more restrictions.
There is also limited availability at DVC resorts for short notice reservations. Especially for specific resort requests and certain room types. It helps if you can be flexible and are willing to stay at SSR or OKW.
I can forward the email confirmation of a reservation sent to me by DVC (to eliminate the need to wait for the paper confirmation to be mailed to me from DVC and then the time it takes for me to mail that to you, although I would send it along as well) but once the email confirmation is received by you, 100% full non-refundable payment by cashiers check or money order would need to be sent immediately. Depending on the dates requested, that could mean needing to overnight the payment by FedEx.
My payment terms for other reservations are 50% non-refundable deposit payable by cashier's check or money order within 7 days of your receipt of a confirmed reservation, with the remaining 50% due 120 days prior to your check-in date, again- non-refundable and by cashier's check or money order.
So, although not quite as short notice as those requiring overnight payments, any DVC point rentals requested prior to May 1st, 2011 would require full non-refundable payment as outlined above.
HTH.
