Unfortunately we won't be able to use our 250 Saratoga Springs Resort points next yr which we have banked, so i am renting them for $10.00 per point. (if anyone can use all 250 we would happily negotiate on this price). I have additional points that if needed, i could add to the 250 to help out if needed.
We can book 11 months out for SSR or 7 months out for any other DVC Resort.
I have rented to a lovely lady from Tampa before who is happy to give me a reference, please PM me if you would like her email address to contact her. on this occasion, she did not want a rental agreement as she said she liked to base things on trust. This worked out really well but i know that many people are happier using agreements so i am happy to use one of the renters choice if wanted.
Payment would be either via Paypal Gift or we do have a Sun Trust bank account so either way would be fine.
As we are in the UK, i will try to get back to anyone interested in the evenings our time, as there is the 5 hour time difference, if i don't get back to you on the day you post or PM me i will be back to you on the following day.
A 50% deposit would be requested at the time of booking. Your reservation can be checked here, www.mydisneyreservation.com/dvc The balance payable once i recieve the booking details from Member Services. I will happily give you all my contact details including tel/mobile numbers and email address and home address, so that any renter can keep in touch regarding booking & add extras such as Magical Express etc.
