I need 350 points for a 2BD VWL resevation 8/8-8/15/09. Please let me know if you can help.

Thanks.

I am curious, I have never rented before, but my family loves to vacation at WDW. We are looking at going back with a check-in of Sept. 24 and check-out of Sept. 30.

We are a family of 5, thus we could fit in one of the Standard Rooms at Grand Floridian, since it has a day bed in most of their rooms. Are your points eligible for a stay there? And, if so, how many points would that require at the $10 per point?

We would also need Park Hopper and Dining Plan information. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for checking in on this for me. I guess I am more curious than anything else. My family stayed in a standard room at Wilderness Lodge last year and loved it. However, I was afraid that now that my youngest has gotten older and bigger that we wouldn't fit comfortably. Thus, the reason for considering a room with a daybed as well. So question, when you are considering Wilderness Lodge will that be for a 2-bed villa?

Any information or help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Like I said, just more curious than anything else. I hope this is not wasting your time. You have already been very helpful in giving my family more information to consider when thinking through another WDW vacation.

When you were discussing a day bed, I assumed a 1 BR unit would work. I may have lost track of the number of travelers so please correct me if I am wrong. A 1 BR unit has a king bed in the "master" and a sleeper sofa. For my wife and I and our 2 sons that is sufficient. Now that one of my sons is a teenager we consider a 2 BR when available so the boys each have their own bed. A 2 BR unit is a 1 BR plus the studio (2 doubles). I have not exchanged at WDW to a non-DVC unit so I don't know the exact exchange rate yet. You may find that a 2 BR at Wilderness Lodge MAY be comparable to a Standard at Grand Floridian - I just don't know yet. Thanks!

I have responded to your request via PM. As expected it is far less expensive (from a points value perspective) to stay at a DVC resort "on points" than to transfer those points to a non-DVC property. Please review my detailed message. Thank you.

We are wanting to stay at AKV April 26th - May 1st. Do you have any points left and is that possible? We are also interested in the dining plan...can you help with that as well...sorry we're newbies

Thanks!

Oh...we are wanting a studio.

Yes I have points available and yes I can help with your other requests. I will call DVC reservations and see if there is availability. I will be in touch a little later this morning. Thank you.

Do you have enough points for a 2 bedroom Villa at SSR March 22 through March 26, 2009?

According to my calculation, that would require 144 points and I do have enough to cover that reservation. Would you like to have me check availability? I will also send you a PM.

Thanks!

Chris D.
