With our kids now slammed with work in high school we are sadly experiencing a temporary decrease in our Disney adventures and have points to rent. Here is what we have available as of 11/24/25:

BLT - 420
CCV - 386
September Use Year
RIV - 320 160


February Use Year
$19/point
AKL - 490 (update - 0 remaining).
$17/point
OKW - 300 (update - 0 remaining).

We've rented several times thru the disboards and use a simple rental agreement. We accept payments via Venmo (friends/ family) or credit cards via Paypal (+3%). We require 80% upon booking and the remaining 20% when we are 90 days out from your reservation. If your reservation is within 90 days of booking, 100% is due upon booking and is nonrefundable (UNLESS we can move the points/cancel without penalty - which we will attempt to do but cannot guarantee).

Also, for those not fully familiar with the ways of DVC, we can combine points from the various resorts if the reservation you seek is less than 7 months out.
