When requesting a reservation please include the following information: Check in date, Check out date, Hotel preference (please give up to 3 choices), Names and ages of all in your party, Home address and contact phone number, Type of Room (also if you prefer a specific view: pool, garden/boardwalk/savanna, standard, etc.) Also if Dining Plan is wanted or Transportation (Flight Number is required). Please give us enough time to check the availability for you before you begin asking another member to start checking. (If reservation is available immediately...reservation will be made at time of call!)
