My home resort is OKW. I can make reservation at OKW 11 months out, 7 months out for all other resorts.
I ask for $11 per point. 50% upon confirmation of reservation and full balance due 90 days before the start date of your trip. The first person who rents 100 points or more also gets my $100 Ruth's Chris gift card.
This is my second year as a DVC member. I've been to WDW many times before purchasing DVC ownership. With a little boy, now we are going every year; hence my decision to purchase DVC. I've got quite a few points that even going every year, plus giving out a free trip to an employee this year, I still have points left.
This is my first time renting. To make you feel comfortable working with me, I can conference you in when making your reservation, or confirmation number promptly provided if you can't join me in the call.
