I have a few hundred BLT and SSR points that I am renting for $11 per point.

*** All requests must be for 75 Points or more and Travel must be completed before March 2012 ***

If you are interested in renting DVC points from an experienced renter with a perfect 100% satisfaction rating and a hassle-free experience, then follow this easy Three Step process.

Step One - Send me a PM (Private Message) with the following information:
1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. Three top choices of locations

After I check availability, I will send you a PM or e-mail with the details and total price.

Step Two - Send me a PM (Private Message) with the following information:
1. Names of all guests and the ages of the children
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information
3. Do you want Magical Express (free airport pickup and drop-off), then I need flight info
4. Do you want to sign up for the Disney Dining Plan

Step Three – Payment terms
1. I accept payments via Paypal and absorb the transaction fees
2. 25% deposit when you receive a confirmation from Disney
3. 75% final payment 60 days before check-in

BLT is sold out for a 1 bedroom for that time period - only 11/7 night is open.

In fact, there is no availability anywhere for your request.

At this point, contact Disney to rent for cash and use AAA rate.

December 3-7 is sold out for 2 bedroom requests for all DVC.

Also, December has limited availability. It appears that it is mainly SSR and OKW that have a few openings. There is some availability for AK in the first two weeks of December.

Remember Christmas and New Year weeks usually are taken 11 months in advance, and there is often wait-lists from members, thus, those requests are very difficult to fulfill.

I just called and there are no 1 bedroom availability for those dates, probably due to Epcot food/wine festival.

Also, DVC availability is limited for trips in the next 1-90 days, works fine when you can plan 3-4 months ahead, works better when you plan 4-7 months, and works best when you can plan 7-11 months ahead.

I am always happy to call for availability checks, but any requests for September-October are very difficult to match.

*** Also, I require a 100 point minimum request as Disney limits members on the number of reservations we can make per year and I don't want to go over that limit ***
