I was going to wait a bit but decided what the heck -- let's get things cooking!

Please select a day, location, and time from the poll and we'll try to combine the most popular options to get together for our first "unofficial" DWFB gathering.

I'm sure there will be people that will be unable to attend due to their travel dates and for that I apologize -- but if there are enough of you, there's plenty of Dole Whips to go around so don't be shy about trying to set something up for a similar gathering.

We're at the MK on Weds 27th and Sat 30th. Got various stuff planned (BBB, ADRs, etc) but will try my best to pop along to Aloha Aisle if at all possible.

I voted for 8/29 in the afternoon at Aloha Isle.

We aren't arriving until the afternoon of the 25th, so the 24th is definitely out for us.

I was going to vote for the Morning but I didn't think we'd be able to get the Podcast team to join us before noon!

We are pretty flexible on Sat. 8/30 (adrs at LTT-early lunch/Wave-dinner). We will be doing some late emh on 8/31.

No early mornings since we will be celebrating our anniversary during this trip despite the real day being 7/6 (its a Disney anniversary spreading out weeks after the real day ).

I voted for the 24th, since we'll be leaving at o-dark-thirty on the 25th, and for Captain Cooks since we have alternate park plans that day with no hoppers. But even if we can't make the meet, we'll definitely be having a Dole Whip in honor of Bob on the trip!

Looks like we might have to meet twice -- once at the beginning of the week, and again at the end. I don't think I'd have a problem being a Double Dipper Dole Whipper!!!

That's exactly what I was thinking at this point. If there are others that would like to use this thread to plan a meet earlier in the week -- then go for it! It's so difficult with situations like this where whatever you do, someone is always going to be available on a different date.

I think I'll keep the poll open another week or so and then we'll finalize everything.

I'm looking forward to meeting those of you that can make it.
