I don't really understand...do you pay the rack rate for the room and then get free dining? Do you pay the regular price for room and then get free dining? What's the catch? Can someone explain this to me?
Can any other discounts be applied to the room rate if you're getting free dining?

Thanks!!

As I understand it (someone PLEASE correct me!!!) you would pay rack rate for the room, and it would include the DDP.

Since it won't begin until after we leave WDW on 8/19, I haven't paid too much attention to the other details.

The catch is you can NOT use any other discount with the free dining promotion.

You have pay rack rate for the room.

You have to buy a minimum (for now) of a one day park ticket for every person in your room.

You may not be able to get the resort you want, the view you want or the dates you want with this promotion.

You need to make your dining reservations as soon as you know when you are going. You can NOT wait until you get there. {this is now true whether you have the plan or not} If you want a Table Service meal, make your ADRs NOW.

Hope that helps. :thumbsup2

Rack rates are the rates that are posted on the disney website.

You could also go check at mousesavers dot com they have the rack rates for the 2008 year. Be sure you know what season your resort is in at the time you go.

Yes.

I'm pretty sure they only list the rack rates. They don't list discounts, as those are always subject to change.
