What is the policy on the mugs! I have a refill mug that is 2 years old! Will I be able to use it or is there a bar code on the machines! Will I have to purchase another one? This is my first time @ WL!

You will have to purchase a new mug (or if you are on the dining plan you will get free ones). They are now called Rapid-fill mugs and have a chip in them that communicates with the soda dispenser machine.

Without a chip, resort refillable mugs were only good for use during the stay in which they were purchased. With a chip, they can be re-activated, but at no cost savings, so best to purchase a new one. HERE is more information of the new Rapid Refill mugs.

Thank you is much!!! I will definitely let you know about ADR's. The room request was to be by our friends who are also traveling with us at the same time. Thank you for all you do on this board! I love all the pictures and info.!! You make our upcoming stay even more exciting!

I'm confused on the location of views from rooms?

If I ask for a bear face courtyard view ... What view and location would I get?

Here is a picture of the bear face rooms. As you can see, there aren't very many of them. They are located above the lobby.
