I have been renting DVC points for the last 15 years

BWV points available now through December 2017
Any other DVC resorts I can book if the reservation is within 7 months from today.

Terms:
$13 per point, Minimum points rented is 150
25% deposit when reservation made in your name.
Full balance due 90 days prior to arrival

3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, GV)
4. Resort you are interested in staying at

In order to make the reservation I need the following:

Full names of all guests and the ages of the children under 18, address, phone number, and e-mail contact information. Any special requests – near elevator, top floor, near a pool, etc… (Requests might not be honored but it’s important it be on the reservation). Magical Express + Disney Dining Plan can be added

I do not take credit cards. Checks only

Disney confirmations emailed to you, and I will be in constant touch with you during the process.

I am a previous DVC owner at Saratoga Springs, but sold a couple of years ago. I am looking for a small reservation for BWV, January 4th-7th 2017 for a studio, which is only 33 points. I know your post had a minimum of 150 points but wanted to know if you would consider a smaller rental, or if you know someone who does.

Good morning. I'm looking for a reservation at BWV for 4 nights in an accessible room (bringing a stroke recovery friend to the Park for a first visit). We hope to find a space in a Standard, Pool/Garden or (best of all!) Boardwalk view room for either Sun Nov 27/check out on Thurs Dec 1 or Sun Dec 4/check out on Thurs Dec 8.
