Hello all,

We recently added on to our BWV membership and the contract came with a bunch of banked points that we won't be able to use this year. So I'm back here to rent them out. I have completed many successful rentals both here on the DIS and privately. I use a contract, I have references, and I forward you a copy of the DVC confirmation email prior to requiring payment (via Paypal, 3% fee does apply).

So that being said, here's the deal. I have 800 JUN 2017 UY points at BWV for rent for $15 each. Because of the large number of points I do need to set a minimum rental of 100 points, sorry about that. Please PM me your requests (or reply to this thread, I will check every few hours during the day), and when it comes time to book I will provide you with my home phone number so that we can book online together. I find that this is a great way to do business and it minimizes mistakes.

Quick availability tip, the 7 month window is quickly approaching for December. Studios are available for about half the month. There is currently GREAT availability for 1BR units and some availability for 2BR units. But remember, the 11 month booking window applies so you can book all the way through February 2018!

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, almost all of those nights are booked for studios of any category. The only consistent availability for those dates is a 1BR Garden or Pool View, which would be 260 points.

There is availability for a Garden/Pool View studio for those dates, it is 139 points. Unfortunately, there is limited availability for Standard or Boardwalk view. Thanks for your inquiry. There are no available studios at BWV for those dates. There are 1BR units at all of the resorts you listed. Unfortunately, I cannot book anything but Boardwalk until the 7 month window opens up. Also, this reservation would fall below the minimum of 100 points. So I apologize, but I am not going to be able to help you secure this reservation. However, there are plenty of other renters here on the DIS that I am sure will be able to help you. Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, there is no continuous availability for a Standard View studio for any of the date ranges you suggested. There is some availability for Garden/Pool view studios for the second two date ranges. Unfortunately, I will not be able to help you secure these reservations as they will be for only 60 points each. Due to restrictions placed on the number of reservations I can make, I can only make larger reservations. Thank you for your understanding.
