Dear all,

I have 330 points for rent on my Aulani August 2020 contract. Price is $18 per point. These can be used for reservations at Aulani up to 11 months in advance, or at any other DVC resort up to 7 months in advance. I am willing to borrow points from 2021 for a larger reservation (up to 1000 points); borrowing points would require a downpayment, as this transaction is final. Minimum 100 points for reservation please. Full payment is expected within 24 hours completion of your reservation, via PayPal Friends & Family. We can sign a contract as needed.

I will also consider transfer requests, but would give priority to rentals.

I am looking to stay at The Grand Californian Nov.1-7 possibly to the 8th. I need a 2 bedroom. I have talked to someone who could look and as of right now it is available but not sure if it will be at the 7 month mark.

Thank you for your interest! I wish I could help, but since my contract has Aulani as home resort, I cannot book at Grand Californian until the 7 month window opens. Would suggest checking this forum until a Grand Californian owner offers to rent points there.

With so much times in advance, all accommodations are available except standard view - see picture below for the number of points needed. At this time all my August 2020 points have been rented and transferred (somebody else pulled the trigger faster), so I will close this thread.
