BCV is relatively small and an extremely popular resort (has best DVC pool and no pool hopping allowed!). If you want BCV, your dreams are most likely to come true working with a BCV owner in the priority booking window (as close to 11-months out as possible).

I need 700-775 pts for BCV 10/31-11/05,,,5 nights.
In the past I've rented for 10 dollars, however I see price increase this year. I budgeted for 10.00 a point but see you are 12-13 a point can we split the difference and call it 11.50 a point, I would be taking almost all your points.
