Closed: Adding Requests to DVC

Hey all you DVC members! I'd like to add DDP and Grand Gathering to the reservation I'm renting. But, I'm renting from two different members and I'm not sure if this kind of request is asking too much of them. My trip is in December, so the 180 day window for dinner reservations isn't until June. What is the general opinion of a renter making these types of requests, and can they be accommodated?

Each DVC member will need to call to add the DDP to their respective reservations. Have one of them ask about Grand Gatherings for you, as that may go through a separate system, not DVC.
 
If you have two separate reservations, one at the beginning and one at the ending, make sure each member has the other reservation number on their's to link them (as long as they are the same size and type reservation).
 
Thanks for the info. One of them doesn't know much about GG, the other hasn't responded yet.
 

Tell one of the renters to inform MS about the grand gathering. You will need to give the renter all of the names, addresses, phone numbers and mention any under the age of 18 of those in the grand gathering. MS will get back with the renter in a few days with a Magical Gatherings (MG) number. Get that number and call the grand gathering people to make any grand gathering reservations. If you wish to use the DDP to pay for some of the GG events, then DVC MS will have to do that. You will need a nice renter to assist you with this.
