Get the jump on F&W before the 7 month free for all - I made my reservation at VGF a couple weeks ago for this Oct and noticed a few select nights already blocked out at BCV as unavailable.

Minimum rental is 72 points (banked from my Sep14 use year), would consider going all the way up to 372 points borrowing from Sep16.

50% due at reservation, remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival

Will accept paypal, money order, or certified check

I've rented before and can provide references, been a long time DIS member (13 years?). I will use a contract to solidify the details too.

All of our points were fully paid for at purchase and dues are always paid in full at the beginning of the year (so no need to worry about Disney cancelling the reservation).

BCV studios around the weekends during F&W are already sparse - including no availability for either of your dates. 2BRS aren't available those weekends either.

I'm not an owner at BWV, but according to the room availability your weekends are going to be a problem there too.
