EDIT : 1/23 I have a pending deal to use 43 out of 46 points.

I have 46 points for Beach Club that are in my 2022 use year and cannot be transferred or banked. Im renting them for $17 a point. These points can ONLY be used for reservations from now until sept 30th, 2023.

If your booking is over 46 points I could possibly borrow from my 2023 account at $18 a point but it would have to be 82 points or less.
