300 BLT DVC Points for Rent @ $17pp

I am a experienced DVC member (since 2001) and DISboards renter that has provided other members outstanding service for many years.

I can book Bay Lake Tower for any available dates from now until July 2023
I can also book any available DVC resort between now until May 2023

Priority is given to 100 point or greater requests.

If you are interested, post a message on this thread or send me a private message with the following information:

1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. DVC location (SSR, OKW, BLT, AKV, etc.)

After I check availability, I will send you a Private Message or e-mail with the details and total price.

When you are ready to book, then I will need the following information:

1. Names of all guests and (ages + gender) of the children
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information

Payment terms - I accept checks (personal, business or bank) or PayPal (add 3% to cover PayPal fees)

50% deposit when you receive an email with the Disney confirmation (usually same day)
50% final payment at least 90 days before check-in

looking for 2 preferred studio's at SSR for 1 night on 3/18/23 I am guessing that would be 42 points. I would do a 2 br since it is all adults but that would be many more points it appears so 2 studios preferred. (do you know if you book 2 that they would be in at least the same building?)

I don't book single night reservations and for your request, I would advise Poly as they can be attached Studios, but I would call Disney for that request to guarantee what you are looking for

no availability - DVC works best 4-6 months out

All Studios and 1 bedroom DVC resorts are sold out those dates as that is very popular time to go (cheapest points per night of the year)
