Hope all is well. I was wondering if the BWV would be available Oct 1st - Oct 7th according to the DVC calculator it would require 64 points.
The travel would be for 2 adults and 1 child (1 years old). Standard view would be fine.

Also if we want to add the dining package do we need to do that at the time of booking or can we add when we arrive?

Well there is no availability during the dates requested in any of the DVC resorts
I think you have to purchase dining plan 48 hours prior to reservation
and I do take PayPal if you just want to send me money hahahha
