CLOSED 227 BWV Pts for Rent/$16 pp/Exp 12/01/21

I have 227 BWV pts to rent. I can reserve at BWV immediately for reservations thru 11/30/21. And any other resort up to 7 months prior to arrival date.
50% deposit once reservation confirmed by email; balance due 90 days before check in.
Cancellation policy: the points are yours once they are rented; but I will work with you as much as I can to rebook subject to availability.
I do have ability to rent a small amount of additional pts if necessary to complete a reservation. Minimum rental 50 pts.
I have rented points from other DVC owners thru this forum in the past before I owned DVC, and I have used an outside agency to rent out extra points in the past as well.

There's no studios for more than 2 nights availability for those dates at BWV.

But there is 1 bedroom "Boardwalk View" available for 5 night check in 11/11 check out 11/15 which would use 170 points.

Any studios available for 4/26? Looking for 1-2 nights to extend an already booked stay. So looking for 4/26-27 or 4/25-4/27. GF is #1 choice.

Looking for Old Key West, August 17-27. Hopeful for a deluxe studio near hospitality house. Standard would also work. Two adults and one child (considered Disney adult).

Yes, Old Key West does have availability for Oct 17 for 4 nights total pts used would be 104. But I can't reserve that at this time.

Yes, OKW has Deluxe Studio available Check in 8-17 for 10 nights check out 8/27 total pts usage would be 138 pts. (wasn't sure if you wanted to do 10 or 11 nights, but if you wanted to check out 8/28 that addtl night is also available and total pts usage would be 155 pts
