210 Points for Transfer/Rent – $11 per point for reservations starting October 1, 2011. My home resort is BLT but I can book at any resort. If you are interested please send me the following information: check in date, check out date, room type and top three resorts in order of preference.

I also have OKW points for transfer only with June 2011 use year. I am only willing to transfer 100-200 points at $10 per point.

The earliest anyone can book those dates is 7/14/2011 (11 months before the check in date). You need to know what resort you are interested in staying at. I have points at BLT and OKW so I am able to book at those resorts 11 months out. I am unable to book at the other Disney resorts until 7 months prior to check in. If you are interested in one of those resorts let me know and I can check for you. Disney Member Services will not be open until Tuesday morning so I will not be able to call until then. Also, please let me know what size room you are looking for.

I am just interested in the deluxe studio that sleeps four at bay lake towers I have never rented DVC points before but have been reading up on them. I am also interested on how i would add the dinning plan and purchasing tickets. Thank you so much.

I am not sure if I am the best person to make the reservation for you. If you want to book at BLT you ideally want to book exactly 11 months out to ensure that you get what you want. This would mean booking on 7/16/12. I cannot check availability until then. No one can.

Without getting too detailed, because I have an October Use Year I will have to bank my points in order to make a reservation after May 31, 2012. This presents more risk for me and I would only be comfortable doing this if you paid 80% up front. In this case the money would be nonrefundable. I do not think this is an ideal renting situation for you.

I would recommend that you look for someone with points at BLT that have a use year of Dec 2011 or a use year in 2012.

If you still would like my help I would be happy to help you assuming the conditions above. Or, if you want a room for those dates at OKW I can help you without the added risk so we could work out a deal that is more favorable to you and more fair for the both of us.

As far as the dining plan goes, whoever makes the reservation for you will need to add the dining plan for you. You will need to work that out with them. It must be paid on the date it is added so you will either need to add it immediately and pay immediately or add it at a later date when you are ready to pay. I believe you have to add it at least 48hours before arrival so there is no rush. You obviously will want to make any dining reservation much earlier than this. You can do it as early as 6 months before the date. You can do this on your own.
