I have 201 points available to rent. My home resort is Vero Beach. At Vero, I can make a reservation where check in is 11 months out. I can make a reservation at any other resort with a check in 7 months out.
$12 per point non negotiable. Minimum for rental is 100 points. I accept Paypal but ask that you pay the 3% paypal fee. I am a 12 year DVC member and have successfully rented points many times. I will furnish a contract to protect both parties.
If you are interested, please forward your dates, resort options (a couple options ideally, in order of preference), number of individuals in party as well as ages of kids.
I am not taking requests for November and December ( unfortunately, impossible at this point).
