Hello everyone. When I made this post there was limited availability in jan and feb. mostly week days. and almost all of march was available. Now I am looking at it and there is nothing available for the remainder of jan, and almost nothing for Feb, and it appears like there is very limited availability in march as well now. So I took a look at all resorts in wdw area for studio and 1br. The following is all that I found available.

Saratoga
1br villa feb 27 28. 32 per night
1br villa preferred feb 27 28. 38 points per night
1br villa preferred feb 16. 38 points per night
1br villa preferred feb 21. 38 points per night

Copper creek
1br villa feb 2nd. 34 points

Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village
1br feb 27 28. 32 points per night

Boulder ridge
1br feb 12. 34 points

If anyone is interested in those specific dates I can try to lock them in. Please note that I now have 60 points left. So if the feb 27 28 is booked you would need to pay for the single time use points at $19 a point that are purchased directly from disney. If no one is interested in those then I am going to transfer my remaining points into II so that I can extend my booking period over there.
