CLOSED 115 (flexible) Points to rent- $13 pt

I have 115 SSR to rent for stays starting February 1, 2016 or later. There is some flexibility for more points (by borrowing) if necessary to make a reservation work but I would like to stick fairly close to the 115 points. The points are SSR points, so I can only book there for dates further than 7 months out.

• Standard rental agreement
• 50% down to make the reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to trip.
• $13/pt

I am a long time DIS poster and DVC member, however this is my first time renting my points out. We are taking a DCL cruise next summer instead which is why we are renting our 2016 points. I can provide DIS character references if needed.

For those dates the only thing available in a studio are Kidani Standard (116 pts) and Saratoga (120 pts).

I've never rented points before, so forgive me if this is a stupid question. I would like to rent points for 5 nights, but at 4-5 different resorts...is this possible? Or is it too much work for someone to be bothered with? Would be looking for about 88 points if it's possible.

Yes, that would be possible, however it would be a fair amount of work to coordinate all of the reservations and everything needs to be managed by the DVC owner. I personally would only be interested in renting my points out in blocks but other renters may be more willing to do so.
