I called yesterday to make an ADR for Kona for breakfast on our first morning. Got the time I wanted and everything and was off the phone much quicker than for any of the "million" other ADRs I've made. So then I'm sitting there realizing that she never asked my name - just phone number......
So I called back to cancel some ADRs and book others and decided to check on the Kona I'd just made. Which was good because it was under the name Mary Kowarski (or something like that) and my name is Deidra B..... So glad I called and checked or I might have had a potentially nasty surprise at 7:30am on 9/22.
So the moral is - if something seems not right - it probably isn't and it's a good idea to call back and double-check.
