Climbing the Matterhorn - and Everest?

So, I have been watching You Tube videos of some of the characters climbing the Matterhorn at DL. Do you think this could/will ever happen on Everest at AK?

I don't think German theme hikers would work. We are disappointed a bit with delaying our future DL until next year, however I will get over it quickly in August with 10 days of WDW fun with at least 3-4 visits to AK for our E:E fix.

oh yes, no German hikers but many people go for it when they try to summit Everest!! I would love to see Mickey climbing up there!

27 days until I am at AKL!!

Plus - they both have a Yeti, no?

Didnt the a Chinese team just take the Olympic Torch to the top of Everest?

That thought reminds me of that Walt Disney World Commercial from the 90s where Mickey was standing on top of Spaceship Earth at the closing pan back shot. That would be cool.

KEVIN - I don't know why - but that struck me as very funny. I am imagining the Olympic theme song playing while the runner is going slo-mo up the cue line to EE. . . .
