I ordered from ebay. The pick a pearl in Japan, can you just get the pearl or do you have to set it?

Yes. You can just open the oyster and they will package your pearl in a tiny ziploc baggie. It is not necessary to have it mounted in a pendant, on a charm, or an earring unless you want to.

A seller on e-bay, by the name of bbdgrl (not affiliated with) has some wonderful stuff at good prices. I purchased a few things from them for DD's birthday, and the items, price, and service were excellent.
They have bracelets, necklaces, charms, earrings, rings, ect., and all their stuff is real Sterling Silver, and comes from WDW.
Right now, money's tight, but I've been hinting for the Swirl Mickey Set for Mother's Day. lol!
