So I have a design that I would like the background to come out clear, not white. Does that mean I should use light transfers or do those not work well? The lettering on the design is red, going on a blue shirt. Is it possible or should I just do it with a white background? It would look much better without the "white square" look, ya know? thanks so much!

If you are putting it on a blue shirt you really can't use a light transfer because all white parts of the design will be clear and the blue from your shirt will show through in all those areas. You can use a dark transfer and then trim the white off around the design. Does that make sense? If you look at some of the photos that people have posted of their shirts it may give you a better idea of how the light/dark transfers look on the shirts. HTH.:goodvibes
