Cleaning toys at church nursery?

Do we need to take them all and clean them by hand washing? It seems like I have heard that you can also spray the toys with Lysol and the toys are disinfected and the spray is not dangerous once dry. What's the best method?

I use a solution of bleach and water. Since I have a home daycare, we do a lot of cleaning. This is the solution mandated by the State of IL. I just mix it up in a bucket and change it frequently. 1 tablespoon of bleach for each quart of water.

I do not have a dishwasher but I do wash all of the infant teether toys in my wash machine with hot water and bleach. Air dry and they are ready to go.

I use Clorox wipes on my DD's toys.
