Surely, I am not the only one who has to clean the iced tea plastic pitcher with my hand and soap (also put in dishwasher once a week). No scrubbie for me.

Any other things that you clean "your way"

I use a scrub brush on all of the dishes but maybe I am the different one!

I also use a scrub loofah (the recycled plastic ones) in the shower because I don't feel like washcloths suds up enough to get my body clean! :) I HATE washcloths...for any purpose! Haha!

I don't think I do anything particularly odd, I do it all the right way! LOL! :thumbsup2

Yes, I use a scrub pad for all my dishes too, except for the iced t pitcher and glasses. Can't use scrubbie for those, just makes me get all grossed out. But why not with forks and spoons, they go in my mouth too:confused3

I tried to show someone how to clean makeup brushes once. It was a disaster. I apparently do it very specifically with a bit of a figure 8 movement and when this person just smushed up the brushes I freaked out.

I don't have makeup brushes but my DD does. I'll have to watch her clean them. I would roll the soap on the bristles.

I wet them, put shampoo in my hand and swirl a few times, then figure 8 almost like if I were spreading something on bread. I also wet them all first, soap them all, then and only then, rinse them all. They also must lie flat. I'm very particular lol. But hey, when I spend upwards of 20 bucks per brush, I figure I'm entitled to that.
