:confused3 Sorry if this is a dumb question... I just don't know if there is a right way of doing it. I wanted to know how to wash my daughter's Princess dress. The fabric seem to be very fragile & putting it in the washer might rip the thin outer fabric of the dress. She has a Cinderella dress that she has worn a couple of times & it now needs washing. Maybe handwash? I appreciate your input.

I just hand wash in luke warm water with woolite and hang to dry. I too agree that the washer will probably tear them to shreds.

I've always washed my daughter's princess dresses on the hand wash cycle of my washing machine, then line dry them. They come out great. After several washings, the netting material does show a little wear, but I haven't had them get tears.

I just hand wash and line dry. They come out just fine. They have gotten pretty dirty too, but they look like new.

I throw mine (I mean DD's) in the washer. I usually turn them inside out and put them in a laundry bag. Then I just hang them to dry. We haven't had any problems so far. I just don't have the time for hand washing!
