Classic Disney animated movies.

In TNBC, Sally seduces Boogie with a bare leg. :P

xD
True, but it was under the more adult "Touchstone" when it was released, because Eisner didn't want it under "Disney". (Touchstone=Disney, FYI).

And the leg isn't attached to her body :rolleyes1

I noticed the rennovations in Spaceship Earth as well. I don't understand why people make such a big deal out of a statue exposing her top half. Half the population has em, and the other half has seen em. So what's the big deal? We have become so "PC" it's pathetic, we can't truely say what's on our minds.

I do remember seeing something on YouTube about their being a peice of the castle on the Little Mermaids cover in the shape of the male "ahem." Looked like it to me, and apparently it was recalled because of complaints...

Maybe they didn't change it because of that?

And yeah, if you go to snopes, there's a whole list of things like that in Disney movies. I don't know if he really drew it like that, or it was just a mistake. I guess he would accidentily draw it like that...

in aladdin, it sounds like he says "good teenagers take off your clothes." its on youtube. i watched the movie again after i watched that and its true. but i dont think thats actually what he says...

i read belle et la bete in french class when i was high school. its pretty twisted.

there were three sisters, sent to "please" mr. beast. he was displeased with the older, prettier sisters, but when belle was forced to go see him, he held her captive as a sex slave until she (being a damsel in distress) was saved, and when the saviors tried to execute the offending beast, she sided with him and lived "happily ever after."

I still enjoy them. Although it was a little bit hard to get past the crows in Dumbo being stereotypical black people (of that time) with the leader's name being Jim Crow.

song of the south is really about a happy black slave who likes being a slave. people started flipping out, so they changed the slave to a rabbit and all of a sudden it was okay. the live action version is banned in america, but you can buy it on ebay. i had a teacher show it in class once. it was pretty disturbing.

You guys think too hard about these things... I just enjoy the movies for what they are.... But there is some messed up stuff.... not much, though. I see ne problems with the movies. Just MHO. :goodvibes

i agree i don't go looking for the twisted things in disney movies, i was raised on these movies and i'll always love them just for the beautiful stories and music and everything they represent i'm not going to just go looking for the PC stuff....
all those youtube videos that go looking for this stuff actually really offend me and make me mad, it's just like people out there are openly insulting the movies and stories that i've grown up on.

it just really makes me mad.

Yeah, I know. I don't know what Disney was thinking when they made that movie.

I'm not openly looking for this stuff. I was simply watching some Disney movies, and these things are pretty hard to miss. Like I said, there was a good 4-5 minutes straight of Dumbo's hallucinations on screen. Really can't ignore that...

Oh, Jesus. We're not LOOKING for this stuff, it's hard to ignore. As a child you're more open to things, more naive, you don't realize things have a double meaning. As an adult, you become "tainted" and see the double meanings. A child would think Dumbo was just acting funny, while an adult would see that Dumbo was drunk.

no i wasn't saying that YOU guys were....i'm saying it annoys me when people do. i wasn't trying to attack anybody.

i've seen the topless woman in rescuer's. my friend told me and i didn't believe her, so we watched it together lol. but to be honest, none of the stuff is really that terrible.

::yes:: I agree. It's like, "Oh, in this part, we cna manipulate the clip to make it naughty." It's just..... UHG!!! :sad2: Has our society REALLY become so twisted as to point out small, unintentional things and make a big, naughty deal out of it??? :sad2: :sad2:

And apparently when Simba plops down in some dirt, it rises to spell out the word 'sex'. I was watching it last night and actually saw it, but I don't think you'd notice if you didn't know about it.

I actually think it's a bit funny.

ahaha, I just read that on snopes. I want to find a clip and watch it.

OMG the caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland is like a chain hookah smoker.
O_O

Sorry if that was pointed out before. I was watching this last night.

oh gosh haha
just recently read the ORIGINAL pinocchio italian version and there is SO much more ridiculous stuff than wat made it into the movie....of course it wasn't disney affiliated then
also recently watched the disney movie version and TOTALLY forgot about the smoking/drinking part....i do NOT remember seeing that when i was little

the animators claim it is supposed to spell "sfx" (the sound company) but they kind of added another line on the bottom of the f. ;)

You'd never notice that it spelled anything unless you knew that it did though. ;) Those silly animators.
