Clarifying before buying...Military Tickets (again)

...because these questions never get old.

I just need to clarify before we purchase our tickets.

THE LOGISTICS:
-We've used 5 entitlements (July 2011). We have 3 WP&M options remaining on those tickets. We only used one admission to DisneyQuest in July.

We want to purchase 6 more for the three "adults" in our party to spread over our trip this summer (giving each of us 8 admissions to the parks). We will order 8 day hoppers for our "kids" from UT.

THE QUESTIONS:
1) Can all 6 new be activated at the same time?

2) Can all 6 new be purchased at the MWR office where we originally purchased the 5 last year, or no?

3) Can we use the remaining WP&M admissions on the old tickets during this trip as well? The plan is to spread them out during the course of our stay.

I have the same question about using left over WP&M days from last year and according to disney's own 'promotion' page it clearly says the following:

"and no Eligible Service Member or spouse may purchase, activate and/or use more than six (6) Disney 4-Day Military Promotional Tickets during any single week of the promotion"

So I"m waiting for clarification on that part. We would be using more than 6 tickets 4 from now, and 4 from last year.

So I'm waiting to find out for sure.
