Clarifying Add Ons

Can someone give me the straight deal on this:

Let's say you have 200 pts at BCV with an August use year.

If you get an add on (new contract?) for OKW also for 200 pts also for an August use year do you now have 400 points for either BCV or OKW at the 11 month window?

That would seem logical but it seems that I have seen posts that would sometimes imply yes and other times imply no.

Nope, 200 points at each with the 11 month window.

The 11-month window still only applies to the points at that resort. So in your example, you would have 200 pts to book at BCV at 11 months and 200 points
to book at OKW at 11 months or 400 points to book anywhere at 7 months.

The main difference between and add-on and a "new contract" is if the use year is the same. if not, it is a new contract/new memer number.

The only advantage you gain is banking points. In you case of an August use year, as of April you are only able to bank 50% of your points. This 50% is of your total points so you could opt to use all of one resort and bank 100% of the other.
