Clarification for 2 TS meals

My husband and I are planning a nicer meal and are trying to decide on a restaurant and I have a couple of questions.
1. If we choose Jiko can we get the Duck and Pork firecracker instead of an appetizer?
2. At CG can we get flatbread instead of an appetizer?
3. At Yachtsman could we get the chateaubriand for 2?
Any help would be appreciated....

I cannot answer for CG and Yachtsman, but we was on the Dining plan when we ate at Jiko, and I had the Duck and Pork Firecracker as my appetizer.
