Clarification: Disney Bus Stop Changes

Goooooood day all. I noticed an update when I logged in today that reads:

"Changes to bus stops: Caribbean Beach - Transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios will be split into two sides at the resort. In the afternoon, the pickups will be combined"

Can anyone clarify what this means? I'm trying to picture it in my head... Caribbean Beach (if I recall) has a bus stop at each island area and Ole Port Royale, and you simply wait on the appropriate bus to arrive?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who chimes in :)

This exact question was asked on the transportation board yesterday - you can find the explanation there.

Being discussed in the transportation board.

Basically, it means that there will be one bus for one side and one for the other.

Martinique, Trinidad North and trinidad South will be one route, Jamaica, Aruba and Barbados will be the other.

The Custom House will be serviced probably by the Martinique bus, but it could also be the Jamaica bus. I have been gone just long enough to remember which one did Custom House when I worked there.

I am a little slow to understand, so just one follow up question:

Does this mean (for example) that an EPCOT bus will service one side and another EPCOT bus will service the other side ?
Or does this mean that an EPCOT bus will service one side, and another bus for HS will service the other side, and guests will have to walk to the appropriate side to catch the bus they need? Forgive my ignorance. Thank you again.

There will be 2 buses for Studios and EPCOT. Each bus will do one side of the resort. No need to walk to a different bus stop.
