I keep reading on the Lo carb Friends website about a bunch of people using the CLA. Does anyone here use it and/or what are your opinions??

I've never heard of it, what is it?

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a dietary supplement ingredient which is an effective product for reducing body fat and boosting your immune defenses according to numerous studies.
Tonalin is a safe, scientifically proven, effective nutritional supplement that contains no stimulants of any kind. It increases lean muscle, which naturally slims your body and makes you feel strong and healthy. Your increased lean muscle burns more calories in order to function, thereby speeding up the fat burning process, which further slims your body. As a result, you lose fat

There are a bunch of people that swear by it and that it helps you lose inches very quickly. It is made from safflower oil and is all natural from what I am reading about it. No one on their boards have had any bad side effects and nothing but good results.

Very interesting. I may have to check it out.

I remember when I was about 16 there was a special diet advertised on television. I can't remember the name of the company now, but they made safflower oil margarine. And they sold these oil capsules and it was basically an Atkins sort of plan but very severe.

They must have been on to something, after all. I'll have to read up on this supplement, thanks for the heads up :)
